By accessing or using AskSportsToAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AskSportsToAI provides AI-powered game previews and analysis for sports matchups. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate predictions based on publicly available data, odds, and recent news. Previews are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription and Payments

AskSportsToAI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings page or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a set number of AI previews per billing period. Free accounts receive a limited number of previews. Once your limit is reached, you will need to upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle.

6. Disclaimer — Not Gambling Advice

AskSportsToAI does not provide gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial guidance. All predictions and analysis are generated by AI for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on this Service to make betting or financial decisions.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction or analysis. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and AI-generated content may contain errors.

If you choose to engage in sports betting, please do so responsibly and in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on AskSportsToAI are the property of AskSportsToAI. AI-generated previews are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service, resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskSportsToAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated predictions or analysis.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskSportsToAI, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
